Wang Manli, who won a silver medal in speed skating at the Turin Winter Olympics, won the Lifetime Contribution Honorary Award in Changchun City, capital of northeast China's Jilin Province Saturday. USA Track & Field awarded the 2010 Junior Olympics to Sacramento on Friday at its annual meeting in Reno.
